Before we jump into my list, I have to explain how I made this list. First of all, not all the companies on the list were tested by our company. But what I did, was researched the internet on the reviews and customer experience feedback. I’ve used multiple review websites, AppExchange listing, and direct customer reference (I found on the internet).

The list is organized by product, and I have put no more than three companies per product. Three companies per type should be more than enough if you are looking for reliable consultancy. Secondly, I was looking for companies that specialize in small and medium-sized companies. If I were a corporation, I would go with someone from big four consultancies or top ten SFDC consulting partners in the US.

I have researched companies not only from the United States but all over the world. I was looking for companies doing projects in the US but not necessarily physically located in the USA. If I were looking exclusively for US Salesforce consultancies, my choice would be dramatically limited and would ignore stunning teams from abroad.

Last but not least. The list is not industry-tied. It means that consulting companies on the list more or less have general knowledge of the product, which applies to any industry.

They have 32 employees, and it doesn’t seem that a company is looking to grow too much. I love such companies due to their high operational efficiency and excellent communication across teams. Suppose you have ever worked with large consultancies. In that case, you should know how challenging it is to tell the same thing repeatedly to different employees.

Before you jump into my list, please note that if you do not have Sales Cloud already implemented, the companies below most likely will be too advanced for initial implementation. But this is only a personal opinion, and it’s you who decides at the end of the day.

This means a company focuses and implements Sales Cloud in close junction with Service Cloud. Customer reviews show this guys really care about their customers and only leave a 5-star rating (which is very uncommon).

  • Pre-build starter packs for startup and mature companies.
  • Capable of creating custom applications (which is not very common for such small companies).
  • Is Salesforce Summit partner. The only summit tier company on the list.

Strategic Growth, Inc

If you are looking for true experts in SFDC Service Cloud (and not only Service Cloud), then Strategic Growth is your company of choice. The company is capable of providing strategic consulting services and implementing the software.

Key highlights:

  • They hire only senior Salesforce specialists. On average, specialists have 12 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Proven track record for an enormous amount of projects, all rated five stars (I’m wondering where they put those unsatisfied customers, I was just unable to find one.)
  • Experts in most core products from Salesforce, including satellite products like Mulesoft.

Still, if you are mid-sized or enterprise, this is your caliber supplier.

I would go with this company if I looked for a complicated custom-built solution and required the external team to manage it.
